GALLO RUSTICO 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY**

At Gallo Rustico, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. While many manufacturers only offer a 2-year guarantee, we provide an exclusive 3-Year Limited Warranty to give you extra peace of mind.

What is Covered

Years 1 & 2: Comprehensive coverage against all manufacturing defects, including the watch movement, hands, and dial. This aligns with the manufacturer’s original terms, facilitated by us. Year 3 (The Gallo Rustico Extension): Exclusive coverage for the internal watch movement. If your watch stops ticking or loses significant time due to a mechanical failure in the third year, we will repair or replace it.

What is NOT Covered

This warranty is designed to cover defects, not “life happened.” The following are excluded:

Wear and Tear: Scratches to the case, bezel, or “desk diving” marks on the bracelet. Crystal/Glass: Cracked, chipped, or scratched crystals. Battery: Standard battery replacements for quartz models. Straps: Leather, rubber, or fabric strap degradation. Water Damage: Damage caused by exceeding the watch’s rated water resistance or failing to screw down the crown. Third-Party Repairs: If you open the case back or have a local shop attempt a repair, this warranty is voided.

How to Make a Claim

Should your timepiece require service, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: support@gallorustico.com [Your Support Email] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Evaluation: We may ask for photos or a short video to troubleshoot the movement.

Shipping: For approved claims, the customer is responsible for shipping the watch to our service center in Florida. Gallo Rustico will cover the cost of return shipping back to you once the repair is complete.

Resolution

If we cannot repair your watch due to a lack of parts or if the model is discontinued, Gallo Rustico reserves the right to replace it with a model of equal value or provide store credit.
