This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States and U.S. territories. By placing an order with Gallo Rustico LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN WINDOW (STRICT)
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as shown by the shipping carrier.
Requests submitted after this period will not be approved under any circumstances.
2. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
To qualify for a return, ALL conditions must be met:

Item must be completely unused and unworn

No resizing, adjustments, or strap changes

No cosmetic damage of any kind

No removal of protective films (when applicable)

No signs of wear, including:

Scratches
-
Case marks
-
Strap creasing
-
Bracelet stretch or tool marks

Dust, oil, or skin residue
-
Returned items must include ALL original components:

Original watch box
-
Manuals
-
Warranty cards
-
Tags
-
Accessories
-
Protective materials
Failure to meet any condition may result in denial of return or partial refund.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
The following are non-returnable:

Items marked “Final Sale”

Customized or personalized products
-
Limited-edition or special-order items
-
Clearance items
-
Gift cards
-
Items returned without authorization
-
Items returned outside the return window

Items showing any signs of wear or use
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS (MANDATORY)
Returns must be approved before shipping.
Step 1 – Contact Support

Reason for return

Photos (if requested)
Step 2 – Approval
If approved, you will receive:

Return authorization confirmation
-
Return shipping instructions
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
5. RETURN SHIPPING (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping
Gallo Rustico LLC is not responsible for:

Lost return shipments
-
Damaged return shipments
-
Incorrectly addressed returns
6. INSPECTION & REFUND TIMELINE
All returns undergo inspection upon receipt.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days

Refunds are sent to the original payment method

Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time
Refund delays caused by financial institutions are outside our control.
7. PARTIAL REFUNDS & RESTOCKING
Partial refunds may apply if:

Packaging is incomplete

Accessories are missing
-
Protective seals are removed
-
Item condition has depreciated
A restocking or depreciation fee may be deducted at our discretion.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives:

Defective

Incorrect

Missing components
Required documentation:

Clear photos of item

Photos of packaging
-
Order number
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
9. WARRANTY VS RETURNS (IMPORTANT)
Returns are separate from warranties.

Manufacturer warranties apply only where stated

Normal wear, misuse, or improper handling is not covered

Water damage beyond rated resistance voids coverage
10. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

Responsibility transfers to the customer

Theft claims must be filed with the carrier

We may assist with documentation at our discretion
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment only

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Refused deliveries do not guarantee refunds
12. FRAUD, ABUSE & CHARGEBACKS
We reserve the right to:

Deny returns for abuse or fraud

Restrict accounts with excessive returns

Contest chargebacks with full documentation
Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restriction.
13. NO EXCEPTIONS CLAUSE
This policy applies equally to all customers.
No verbal, written, or implied exceptions will be honored.
